What You’ll Do
- Partner with teammates and customers to meet and exceed development commitments
- Create impact by understanding client business problems; work as a team on software design, development, configuration, testing, and deployment to provide the solution.
- Write the code to produce applications that provide measurable business value to our clients.
- Become a subject matter expert specializing in UI/UX, Database Design, etc.
What You’ll Bring
- Graduated recently or graduating in the next six months in Computer Science, IT, Engineering (any discipline), UX/UI Design, or equivalent experience.
- A demonstrated sense of tenacity; we expect our team members to embrace challenges, persevere through obstacles, and contribute with a strong work ethic.
- Task-oriented mindset; we value individuals who approach their work with precision and dedication, ensuring that each task is completed with quality and efficiency.
- In-depth knowledge of Java or C#
- An understanding and ability to discuss Object-Oriented Design Principles
- Commitment to writing clean, maintainable code, an understanding of best practices for refactoring, and a willingness to learn common back-end design patterns.
- Practice or Experience with raw SQL and using an ORM such as Entity Framework is a plus
- Prior experience with ASP.NET, APIs, and REST Principles is a plus
